Returns only apply to domestic purchases, you have 21 days from the date of purchase. We are only able to process returns direly from Shihreen.com, if you have purchased our hats from a local retailer, please contact them directly.
Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.
We do not issue any Call Tag for your returns, it is your responsibility for the freight to return the product back to us, a refund will be made in the form of original payment within 3-5 days of receiving your return.
